Is there anything more fun than seeing a show? How about a show at a secret location? Doesn’t it add a little bit of a mystery factor?
Well, Italian-born LA-based producer Durante is doing just that. He’s bringing you all the fun of funk-infused, Mediterranean style house, but he’s adding the mystery location to keep it exciting.
He moved to the United States from Italy when he was six, and then left school in Florida at age 21 to pursue music full time. Currently he’s signed with Nest. Since moving to LA, he’s realized the bar for his music standards are higher than ever, and he’s rising to the challenge.
Durante self describes his style as an influence of his father’s Italian cooking. “The fullest flavors don’t come from over-cooked complexities, they come from timing and attention to the most minuscule details.”
