But we ain’t mad!

As far as anyone can tell, Minimal Effort Halloween 2016 is shaping up to be an even more spectacular event than last year’s with a lineup so utterly sick that frankly, we’re all sort of annoyed we have to wait until Halloween for it (well, October 29, to be precise). It all kicks off at 2pm and goes until midnight at LA Center Studios, which will also be the site of a Minimal Effort party on New Year’s weekend.

So far, the lineup includes:

Pete Tong, Tiga: LIVE LA Debut, Coyu, Dosem, Edu Imbernon, Human Resources, Jonas Rathsman, Kidnap Kid, Mark Farina, Satori: LIVE, Steve Bug, Tensnake, Thugfucker, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs: DJ Set, Waze & Odyssey + more TBA.

Be still, my beating heart.

From the organizers:

Leaders of the Los Angeles underground Minimal Effort have announced their expansion to a full scale outdoor festival this Halloween and New Year’s Eve, continuing their quest of bringing the world’s finest electronic artists to the city’s thriving music scene.

Minimal Effort 2016 will feature 2 stages atop the iconic perch of LA Center Studios overlooking the burgeoning skyline of downtown Los Angeles.

This one day exposé of the global underground will welcome 5,000 attendees to gather in celebration of these more meaningful shades of rave, an aural climate representative of the maturing North American tastebuds.
