One of Chicago’s dearly beloved, Louis the Child has teamed up with Pell, and they’ve just released their first single under their cleverly named fusion act Pellican Child. The song is called “Turn Me Down” and, as expected, it’s a total groove-fest.
After spending some time together in the studio this past summer, they decided that a collaborative project is nothing short of a fantastic idea. Louis the Child’s bouncy, upbeat productions fused with Pell’s delicately crafted rhymes and raps make for a groovy, feel-good jam. It’s the perfect song for this onslaught of horribly cold and wet weather we’re about to get.
So why not take a little sonic vacation with Pellican Child?
Their much anticipated EP is set to drop in early 2017, so stay tuned!
