October is coming early this year. In September!
Okay, not really. But this craft beer and music festival, OctFest, is so named because of the publication putting it on, October, the beer publication, along with Pitchfork.
And this truly is a beer and music festival. Of course, they know their beer, they’ve already dedicated much of their lives to knowing the beer and the impressive lineup of breweries shows that. But I’m sure you’ve been to beer festivals that have had music tacked on as an afterthought.
Not so here. This lineup includes such names like Okkervil River, The Sadies, Kilo Kish, and The Pains of Being Pure at Heart. And of course, the big headliners are soul singer Charles Bradley and the Extraordinaires and rockers Guided by Voices.
