Being at a Greco show is like seeing your best friend’s band play live, even if you don’t know any of the four brothers in the group. That’s because Greco loves what they do, and nowhere does this become more apparent than at their live show. They love writing music, they love playing music, and they love sharing it with their family, friends, and fans. You can go to a Greco show by yourself and leave knowing you’ve just made a room full of friends. And these friends have really, really good taste in music.
Greco is a group of four brothers who grew up in Athens – Sebastian, Josh, Zach, and Gabriel. “Sing. Dance. Sweat. Sex.” is a recurring phrase on their Facebook and website, with good reason. Listening to their energetic, groovy take on rock ‘n’ roll makes you want to partake in all of these. Attending their live show will have you singing to the relatable lyrics and dancing to upbeat rhythms. “Half as Bad” will have you grabbing a partner on the dance floor to groove with, while “Great Escape” will have you playing air guitar in the center of the room (after a few beers maybe).
Recently, the band released a music video for “Half as Bad,” off of their EP Get All Worked Up. The video shows the humorous side of the band, with each of the four brothers taking turns to play a dramatic front man. The unique personalities and styles of each member are showcased throughout the three and a half minute video, and it’s hard not to fall in love a little bit with all of them.
