Nearly five years ago, PL0T deployed their preternatural sense of what’s up-and-coming in music and introduced to the U.S. for the first time Mind Against.
The Italian-born, Berlin-based duo of Alessandro and Federico Fognini are masters of a particular blend of electronic music that combines their heady production with elements of house and techno. From that introduction, not far removed from their first official single “Cagliostro,” they’ve built a massive following on both sides of the Atlantic and around the globe.
Now, to help get the new year started off right, and approaching the release of their new EP, PL0T is inviting Mind Against back to Miami to play 1306, a colorful event space and bar, on January 5th. It’s coming full circle for both the artists and the party, from the beginning and moment of discovery, to a triumphant return to where it all began for a duo who have since exploded into stardom.
