What comes to mind when someone brings up the Summer Solstice? For me, I think of the beginning of summer, which brings me back to a carefree time of childhood, when I had school-free days and warm, fun nights. Do I miss these summers as an adult? You bet.
Well, Austin’s in luck. Solstice Festival by Solstice Presents is bringing back the spirit of summer by kicking off the season with a music festival, returning for its 4th annual celebration of music, art, technology, and life.
The festival aims to bring music and creativity back into Austin, and is all about celebrating the arguably best season of the year.
Solstice Festival will host concerts at multiple venues in and around the Red River Entertainment District, as well as 10 hours of nonstop music at the beautiful east side, Pan Am Park. Headliners include JJ Grey & Mofo, Built To Spill, The Bright Light Social Hour, and more.
Don’t miss your chance to soak up the sun with some live music on the longest day of the year.
