“I Think Therefore I Ambient” came together as an homage to Mix Master Morris‘ concept with ambient music from the ’90s. With this in mind, Alex English and Webster Hall has invited the Buchla Modular specialist, Alessandro Cortini (aka Sonoio), also the current keyboard/synth-ist for Trent Reznor’s Nine Inch Nails. Joining him is Joshua Eustis, aka Telefon Tel Aviv, who has released music from BPitch, Ghostly International, and Hefty Records.
Richard Devine rounds out the show with one of his rare live modular sets. Richard is an IDM legend that has been one of the few artist to remix the seminal Aphex Twin. With releases from Schematic Recordings and Warp Records, he has developed a unique unparalleled brand of music.
Pjay from Nyex and Alex English from Glitch open up the night with a DJ set.
